Tips For Perfect Pan-Fried Fish

1. Marinade the fish overnight or for at least 3 to 4 hours. Remember, the key to a perfect fried fish recipe is marination. The longer you marinate, the crispier and tastier the fish.

2. Coat the fish with flour, but before frying, please shake off the excess flour, as flour makes crispy fish, but the flour will fall off while flipping the fish, which will burn in the pan and you will get black bits on your fish.

3. I mostly use coconut oil for this fried fish recipe, which gives the perfect result.

4. If the fish sticks while frying, leave it as it is. It will release naturally once golden.
